1. General Policy

All sales are final, and we do not offer cash refunds. However, we are happy to provide a store credit or product replacement if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

By completing a purchase on www.jcfragancia.com, you agree to this Refund and Return Policy.

2. Eligibility for Store Credit or Replacement

To qualify for store credit or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at joya.coqueta@gmail.com.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

  • Photos may be requested for verification of damaged or incorrect items.

We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Incense, oils, or fragrance products that have been opened or used

  • Jewelry that has been worn

  • Sale or clearance items

4. Process for Returns

Once your return or issue is approved, you will receive:

  • A store credit in the form of a digital code that can be used on future purchases, or

  • A replacement item (shipped at no additional cost if the issue was our error).

Store credits do not expire and may be used on any item available at the time of redemption.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.

6. Legal Notice (NJ Requirement)

In accordance with New Jersey Administrative Code §13:45A-26F.2, our refund policy is clearly posted on our website and made available to all customers before purchase. If you have questions regarding your rights as a consumer, you may contact the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.
