Thank you for shopping with Joya’s Coquetas Fragancias y Más! We aim to ensure your order is processed and delivered quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle orders, shipping fees, and delivery timeframes for purchases made through www.jcfragancia.com.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Most orders are shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
If an item is on backorder or temporarily unavailable, we will notify you via email with an estimated shipping date or an option for a refund or exchange.
2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship orders within the United States using standard ground shipping.

Flat Rate Shipping: $7 on all U.S. orders under $50

Free Shipping: Orders over $50 (before taxes and discounts) qualify for free shipping

3. International Shipping
We also offer international shipping. All international orders will be processed separately and shipped according to the shipping carrier or broker of the customer’s choice.
Buyers are responsible for:

Processing time for international orders is typically the same (2–3 business days), but delivery times depend on the selected carrier and destination.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at joya.coqueta@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

While we do our best to ship promptly, unexpected delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather events, or peak holiday seasons. We appreciate your patience during such times.
